No. Teachers don't have to impose their own rules to their people ! There are collective rules. It is enough to live together. Using of the statut of teacher to impose rules on students is not really fair. Relation in unequilibrated between the savant teacher and the student. Teacher can't use his power on students. It is not democratic.
